The process:
I. Before your session
Once your session is reserved, we'll start planning everything from locations to outfits. I'll style you and your family and we'll discuss location and artwork preferences.
A complimentary wardrobe of high end dresses for mamas is available for each session. We can schedule a dress try-out at your home or I can bring a few options to the session.
A few days before our session, I will look for weather conditions, and notify you if any changes are needed.
II. During your Session
Today is the day! When you arrive at your session we'll have a relaxed and fun session together where I'll invite you to truly live in the moment with your family, explore your location, or do an activity together at home. I'll take care of everything! We'll work together to document this sweet and fleeting season of your life.
III. After your session
After our time together, the film is sent to one of my trusted professional labs for processing and scanning. I hand pick and edit every scan.
Next it's time to deliver your memories! Within 3-5 weeks of our time together, you'll receive all of the hand-edited images from your session. Each session includes an heirloom box of prints. If desired I can help assist you in creating heirloom linen or velvet albums for you to display in your home and enjoy for years to come. You'll also be able to share or print from your online gallery.
I work with one family at a time and schedule a very limited number of sessions a year to ensure the highest quality of service and attention to detail for each client.

FAQ
What do we do if there is bad weather?
I will watch for changes in the weather three days in advance and notify you if any rescheduling is necessary. I do my best to work with Mother Nature so our session is both beautiful and comfortable. I will reschedule due to any inclement weather including excessive heat, severe winds, rain, or fires.
How does your client wardrobe work?
I have curated a collection of dresses that provide elevated and flattering look for many body types. We can schedule a dress try-out session, or I will bring a couple of options of your choice directly to your shoot. All dresses are cleaned and steamed, and ready for your session.
Why do you shoot Film & Digital?
I'm a really nostalgic person and so shooting with medium format film is my preferred choice as it offers a unique and timeless aesthetic that is hard to achieve with digital technology. I love the larger film size, which captures more detail and produces a soft, organic look that gives my images a pastel and almost paint like quality. The colors are rich, vibrant, and have a distinct warmth that can evoke a sense of nostalgia. Additionally, the process of shooting with film requires me to be more intentional a moment to slow down and to focus on careful composition and establish a deeper
connection with my subject.
How do I book a shoot?
Head to the Portfolio tab at the top of the page, and click on the session you would like. Once you are on that page, scroll down and you will find a link that will allow you to schedule and book a session. Once you fill it out, I will respond with an email that contains an invoice, contract, and style guide.
Do you offer payment plans?
I do not accept payment plans. Payment is due in full at the time of scheduling.
What is your typical timeline?
My turn around time is typically 3 weeks from the time of our session. Depending on the season this may be slightly longer or shorter.
Do you have a referral program?
Absolutely! For every person you refer that schedules a session, you will receive $50 dollars off your next session. New clients must use your name in referral program to be accepted.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes! Let me know how much you'd like to gift and I will custom make your gift card for new parents, families or couples.
